Arrival
Please check in at the reception at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to prepare for your treatment.
Pricing
All quotations given over the phone are just a quote and may vary in the salon subject to your consultation. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Appointments must be booked over the phone or in person as we currently do not book appointments online. Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations
Cancellations should be made 24 hours in advance. A non-refundable deposit is required for appointments on Hair Straightening, event styling and Hair Extensions procedures
